ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases from Ratio Solutions Group are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product prior to purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@ratiosolutionsgroup.com before completing your transaction.

UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe your payment information was used without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact hello@ratiosolutionsgroup.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

90 Minute Strategy Sessions

All strategy session bookings are non-refundable. Because each session includes personalized preparation — including a review of your pre-session questionnaire and research into your firm's specific challenges — refunds are not available once your booking is confirmed.

We understand that schedules change. You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no additional cost using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
Sessions that are not rescheduled within the 48-hour window and are not attended will be considered forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out to catherine@ratiosolutionsgroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
