You'll start by filling out our inquiry form, and then you will receive our proposal (with all the details), contract and invoice to book your AEC Operations Audit with us.
Once the paperwork is out of the way, you'll receive a link to book your kick off call as well as a questionnaire to fill out ahead of time. We will then send you links for where to drop items and provide logins as needed for the audit.
Your audit kicks off! We We delve into the mechanics of your day-to-day operations, dissecting workflows, examining tools and technologies in use, and scrutinizing the efficiency of current practices.
After concluding the audit, we then hop on a call and go over everything with you and your audit report is sent to you. You then receive 2 weeks of complimentary Slack support with us to answer any questions you may have as you work through and begin implementing our action plan.
